How do I add a new user?
Media Package Manager will give you access to your company profile for the event website. You will be sent your login for the MPM on 2nd December. Complete your company profile for the event website by 31st January ready for the website relaunch
How many parking passes do I get?
Each exhibitor will receive two parking spaces per stand & these can be collected onsite from the organiser’s office on arrival.
How and when can our driver deliver?

Space only stands with any special requirements should contact the Operations Team. NB: No vehicles are permitted into the halls to unload during build-up. All exhibitors should bring appropriate moving equipment or book a forklift for transfer of materials through CEVA.

Who are the main contractors for the show?
The main contractor for the event is GES. You can contact them to order your electricity, furniture, stand upgrades, graphics etc. via the exhibitor manual
What is included in my shell scheme stand?
Shell scheme stands are built and constructed by GES the official contractor. Your stand will include the following: walls, fascia, corner and mid-support posts, ceiling grid, stand name and number board, carpet.
What is included in my space only stand?
Space only includes the floor space for the stand, the exhibitor is then responsible for arranging the physical elements of the stand.
What is the maximum height I can build my stand to?
Stands must not exceed 4m in height.
