December - Update your website listing
In December you will be sent your login for the Media Package Manager to update your listing on the event website. You will be able to upload company information, product information and images.
14th January - Exhibitor Manual
In January you will get access to the exhibitor manual where you can find comprehensive event information, checklists & operational tasks. You will also be able to order your stand services via the online shop (furniture, electricity, exhibitor badges, complete risk assessments and Health & Safety forms). All logins will be sent to the main contact listed on the booking forms.
19th March - Exhibitor Day
Join us on the 19th March for our dedicated exhibitor day and receive face to face advice & training on everything exhibitions from setting objectives, choosing your suppliers, selecting your staff, pre show marketing and post show follow up. Whether you are new to exhibitions or not this is an opportunity to pick up new ideas, network and meet the show team and official suppliers.
18th March - Stand Announcements
Tell us what you are doing! Product launches, demo's and training, competitions, special offers, entertainment we want to know. Complete your stand announcements form (Available from January) to make sure you are included in the event preview in April.
What are the build times?
Build up will take place from Saturday 31st May to Monday 2nd June.
There will be specific entry times for space only and shell scheme exhibitors make sure you are aware of when you can arrive (a full timetable will be available soon)
Please note Space only stands with any special requirements should contact the Operations Team. No vehicles are permitted into the halls to unload during build-up. All exhibitors should bring appropriate moving equipment or book a forklift for transfer of materials through CEVA.
I booked my stand last year and can't remember my stand number?
Please contact the show team who will be able to confirm all the details of your booking,
What does my stand include?
Space Only - this is the floor space only. You will need to provide flooring, walls (if you are located next to another stand) and your stand design must be approved by the Health & Safety team. Full stand build regulations can be requested from the show team.
Shell Scheme - includes carpet, walls and nameboard and this will be built by GES.
All exhibitors will need to order their own electrics, furniture and graphics, you can find our recommended suppliers list here.
Do I need an exhibitor pass and where do I get them from?
Anyone entering the halls during build up will need to complete an onsite induction form and links for this will be available closer to the show.
You can create your exhibitor badges in the hub from February.
Who are the main contractors for the show?
The main contractor for the event is GES.
Contact them for your electrics orders, additionally you will be able to order furniture and graphics through the online shop.
How many parking passes do I get?
Parking during build up is free for all exhibitors.
Each stand will get two parking passes for the show open days and these will need to be collected from the organisers office by the end of day one.
