Exhibitor Marketing & Sponsorship

As part of our efforts to ensure that you have a successful exhibition experience, we offer a number of helpful promotional marketing tools for all exhibitors. You can complete your exhibitor listing on the event website by logging into your Media Package Manager

auto:resource

Our content marketing platform auto:resource is the perfect tool to compliment your presence at the show. Dedicated to servicing the UK aftermarket, our essential resources website hosts product, training, promotions, business advice and insights plus industry news in one central location.

All exhibitors get a free content hub on auto:resource, and two resources. Make sure you use these to extend your reach in the run-up to the show. Ensure the profile is complete, with your logo, your company descriptions and all your social links so customers can find out all about you.

Return your content to Nicola Sandham to create your listing along with your content to be uploaded to auto:resource where it will be shared across social media and included in our weekly bulletin to an audience of 60,000.

Exhibitor Search

Make sure you have completed your profile on the Exhibitor Search. This is often the first impression a visitor will get, so make sure it's complete with your logo, company description, product images and product groups.

To update your profile  ‘you will be sent your login for the Media Package Manage to update your profile in December. 

The website will have a re-launch campaign on the 9th January to kick start visitor registrations

Sponsorship Opportunities

If you want to increase your reach, there are plenty of amazing sponsorship opportunities that'll get you right in front of customers. If you're interested in these, get in touch with our sales team to find out more. 

Using PR and Press Releases 

Make sure to spread the word about your presence at the Automechanika Birmingham, keep the press updated on major developments such as announcing your participation, teasing information about product launches or spreading the word about special guests.

Social media is a key tool for spreading the word. Make sure you're posting regularly, keeping your customers up to date and excited about the latest developments. 

Don't forget to tag us and use the hashtag #AutomechanikaUK and we'll spread the word to our 20,000 following!

Each exhibitor will be given personalised marketing packs with their logo and stand numbers. Each exhibitor will be emailed their FREE marketing materials, to add the event logos to your marketing material, please find them here
