Industry challenges & future-focused insights lead action-packed three-day agenda for bodyshops at Automechanika Birmingham 2025

With just under a month to go until Automechanika Birmingham 2025, the event organiser has unveiled its official speaker agenda for 2025, offering a content-rich, three-day programme set to tackle the pressing challenges and opportunities facing the bodyshop sector.

Taking place from 3rd – 5th June 2025 at the NEC Birmingham, the leading automotive trade show will deliver over 150 hours of free training, live demonstrations and thought-leadership sessions, spread across six stages and multiple live demo areas.

Designed to support bodyshops and detailing businesses, this year’s speaker line-up and demonstrations will showcase essential body repair processes, including abrasives, welding, dent removal and compliance with BS10125 standards – as well as the latest tools, technology and techniques.

Day One of Automechanika Birmingham 2025 – Tuesday 3rd June - will kick off for bodyshops with hands-on sessions and panel discussions at Body Repair Live, sponsored by Solera, talking all things diagnostics, fast-tracking repairs, safety and corrosion protection.

And the Paint & Spray Live stage, sponsored by Materflo UK and Vehicle Detailing Live with Education Partner, UKDA, will explore new repair systems, coating technologies and maximising profitability and sustainability in bodyshops.

Day Two on Wednesday 4th June Body Repair Live will showcase the role of ADAS in road safety, training and repair techniques and cultivating skilled talent for the future, held by respected industry companies including 3M, Car-O-Liner, INDASA Abrasives (UK) and LKQ Bodyshop.

Over on the Paint & Spray Live and Vehicle Detailing Live stages visitors will be able to see practical demonstrations on the latest UV Technology, new coatings, paint correction and protection and spray guns panels to help support bodyshop and detailing professionals keep pace with the latest tools and techniques.

Day Three on Thursday 5th June the Body Repair Live stage wraps up the event offering a roadmap to audits, collision repair trends and sustainable practices and eco-friendly solutions for bodyshop professionals and detailers. 

Plus, the Paint & Spray Live and Vehicle Detailing Live hubs will finish day three with even more practical demos on new tools and techniques, hosted by UKDA, INDASA Abrasives, Meguiar’s, SATA, Walcom and Wayne Beardmore of Damage Undone.
